The company is a specialist in the design and manufacturing of industry-leading laser machinery, using laser technology to solve advanced manufacturing issues. Their products can be found in blue-chip companies supporting the aerospace, defence, rail, automotive and medical industrial sectors.
The role involves support for NPD and existing products for modifications on control specifications, designing electrical circuits using design software (ePLAN or Similar), generating build documentation for purchasing departments, writing commissioning procedures and being a technical function for the end user. The role requires technical writing skills and design understanding.

The Role:
* Electrical Design Engineer
* New product introduction: design, build, commission and test.
* Electrical Machine / Control Panel Design with reference to risk assessment
Candidate Requirements:
* Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering (HND)
* Designing and developing complex machinery or systems
* AutoCAD Electrical/EPLAN
