Engineering Manager

£40,000 Per Annum + Benefits Package
Sunday to Thursday OR Tuesday to Saturday 6:30am – 3:30pm (42.5 hours a week)
Are you a mechanical or electrical engineer with supervisory experience? Are you looking for the opportunity to take the step up to an engineering team manager role?
This is a great chance to join an expanding maintenance department with a great team culture, in a role offering plenty of variety.
In this role you will lead a team of mechanical and electrical engineers, planning and implementing PPM schedules, whilst remaining hands where you will undertake PPM checks and carry out reactive maintenance where needed and complete strip downs and re-builds of mechanical machinery and plant during quieter periods.
This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified mechanical or electrical engineer to secure an engineering manager role with an established company offering security, stability as well as training and development to their staff across the board.
The Role:
* Engineering Manager
* Manage a small team of engineers alongside another team manager
* Hands on Plant Maintenance – Mechanical/Hydraulic/Pneumatic
Candidate Requirements:
* Mechanical Engineering/Plant Maintenance Experience
* Qualification to NVQ Level 3
* Experience with Hydraulics and Pneumatics
* Thorough understanding of planned preventative maintenance
