My client is looking for a Quality Engineer to join their team with the view to develop them into a senior member of the team. This company are a specialist supplier to multiple leading Automotive manufacturers and Formula 1 teams and have recently invested in expanding their manufacturing capabilities.
This is a key role for the company, and you will be the pivotal link between the design and quality departments. There is a great opportunity to take ownership over this role as the long-term plan will be to then oversee the development and implementation of new procedures in the quality department.

The Role:
* Support and develop inspection team
* Liaising between design and quality departments
* Training and development into an autonomous senior role
The Candidate:
* Previous experience within Automotive, Composites or Motorsport
* Previous experience in a Quality Engineer or similar position
* Commutable to Melton Mowbray
