Do you have experience in account management, customer service and sales/quotations processing?
As a quotation coordinator, you will be the link between the company and the customer working closely with the external sales team to input and issue quotes to suit specifications.
The company is a European product designer, manufacturer and supplier of bespoke energy-efficient products mainly for indoor environments. This role has been specifically created due to sheer demand, ambitious growth plans and strategic planning to become world leaders in their sector.
The role involves being the main point of contact for all enquiries relating to orders, ensuring requirements are understood and expectations are met. Understand details provided by the customer and sales team for the preparation of quotes. You will enjoy day-to-day variety, with lots of interaction from other departments.
