Another Recruitment Consultant advert? What’s so great about this opportunity then over all of the others out there?

Let’s go about it by telling you who we suit and who we will not suit to avoid wasting your time.

We want someone with at least 6 months plus Recruitment experience. In essence someone who knows that they want Recruitment and has the basics in place.

We want someone who is financially motivated and who believes they will be able to bill 20k in a month on perm or contract. Why? If in any month you invoice 20k in a month your commission uncapped will be 30% of it. If you want to buy that house, go on that holiday, buy that thing or live that lifestyle then you need to be paid well. Our typical billers earn 80-120k as a reference.

We don’t mind what market you come from but want someone keen to learn and work in Engineering, Manufacturing, Energy or Science as they’re the desks we are looking to grow.

What about the benefits?

Our holiday policy starts at 25 days plus bank holidays but to reward loyalty that increases by a day each year for your first 5 years. Oh and we close for 2 weeks at Christmas but only use 4 days holiday for it so you end up with a further 6 days anyway.

Then there is lunch club where we take you to the best restaurants in town for doing well. There are monthly socials. How about extended lunches for gym goers. Free Parking? What about bean to cup coffee from our best in class free standing machine. We like good coffee. Plus incentive trips etc

How about Training and Progression?

We have well honed training program to get you to know our desks, increase your billings and support you to grow with the the business. If it’s progression you want whilst we offer a meritocratic structure all the way to Director, we also offer a non management progression route with basic salary increases on it.
