Do you have experience working in an office or call centre environment and looking to take on a service Coordinator role?
This is an outstanding opening for someone comfortable dealing with customers and scheduling service calls. Working Monday – Friday 37.5hours
The company is a UK product manufacturer offering bespoke air management solutions within the construction industry. Dealing with everything from designing to manufacturing all in-house. This role has been specifically created due to sheer demand and ambitious growth plans.
The role involves planning and scheduling Engineers for maintenance, service and repair quote visits. Ensure all service reports are accurate and meet company standards. Provide a positive customer experience with estimated timescales and status reporting. You will be working in a busy environment offering day to day variety.
