£55,000-£70,000 Salary + Car + 20% bonus + 10% pension + Medical

Are you a technical manager or senior engineer with a background within the food, beverage or FMCG industries? Are you looking for a role where you will work with prestigious customers, leading technical projects from concept to completion whilst developing staff and assisting with the long term growth of the business?
Due to growth within the business along with the securing of new contracts, the company are looking for a technical manager to lead their highly skilled engineering team. The successful candidate will lead the engineering team and coordinate projects ensuring they are delivered on time and on budget whilst ensuring the customers needs are met. You will also manage all technical aspects of aftersales, including travelling to customers sites across the UK and Europe within food, beverage and FMCG.

The Role:
*Technical Manager
*Leading specialist technical projects from concept to completion
*Management of a small team of technicians and staff
*Hybrid role including UK and Europe travel
The Candidate:
*Previous experience of concept to completion projects
*Experience within food, beverage, FMCG or similar
*Experience of leading a successful team
*Full Driver’s license with flexibility to travel
