Our USP is that instead of being built for customers or clients first, we were built for our employees first.
Unlike most recruitment agencies, our founder never intended to start an agency. When the time came to move on, they could not find a recruitment agency to work for that felt quite right.
What was wanted was somewhere that paid the best commission, provided the best in class tech to be able to do the job and treated people fairly and maturely without all the gimmicks and nonsense that is often found working elsewhere.
It sounds so simple, but everywhere seemed to say one thing and do something else. So it felt like everywhere was trying to stuff square pegs in round holes to make employees feel at home.
Why not setup somewhere new that actually works for the recruiter first so they can do what they do best?
And that’s how it all began…

What do we do?
We are a specialist recruiter of mid to senior level permanent and contract vacancies in the Engineering, IT and Science sectors across the UK. Having invested in the latest systems, advertising, marketing, training and development we believe we have a number of advantages that enable our consultants to place more candidates than they would otherwise.

What do we offer?
Depending on your experience and skillset, our salaries range. Though, it is fair to say we pay well. As for our commission, we pay 25% to 40%.
Our working week is Monday to Thursday 7:45am until 5pm and Fridays are 7:45am until 5pm for UK based recruiters. If you are working our German or US markets they will differ slightly to meet client hours.
We offer a structured progression plan with £2000 pay increases each time as well as routes into management and directorship.
